This expertise stems from the various roles she has held throughout her career spanning over twenty-five years, providing her with an in-depth perspective on individuals from various walks of life. Huma is also the managing partner of FranklinCovey Pakistan, the national franchise of a global brand that transforms organisations by building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures that get results. As an international trainer and facilitator for FranklinCovey Pakistan, she deeply values the role of culture and leadership in a company’s growth, assisting organisations in understanding how to bring the best out of their teams.

Huma sits on the board of various public sector organisations and gives back to the community by being a part of various charities focused on education and preventive healthcare. Her passion for agriculture and the need for food security in Pakistan has led her to work with different communities across the country, supporting them in developing indigenous solutions to this critical aspect.

Maryam is driven by the belief that with being principally centric, one can achieve sustainable results positively impacting people's lives. Her aspiration is for iris to be recognized as the most trustworthy company in Pakistan. A prominent entrepreneur, consultant trainer, and marketing researcher, Maryam Wazirzada is dedicated towards helping organisations building their brand equity by unleashing the untapped potential of their teams. Her current strategic focus is on her marketing research and training businesses. Maryam and her business partner, are proud owners of 100% women-owned enterprises adding to the diversity and gender parity initiative of Pakistan.

Besides being a marketing consultant, Maryam also has been passionate about corporate training for the past two decades. She is one of the Managing Partners for a global franchise, FranklinCovey Pakistan, which aspires to be the most trusted leadership brand in the world. It specialises in human behaviour and leadership development. Maryam is a senior consultant for FranklinCovey Pakistan where her expertise allows her to make a difference in the leadership and HR world.

Maryam is a member of an internationally recognized enterprise which enables research companies in becoming gobally recognized by complying to international standards. Earlier in her career, she has also been a visiting faculty in various leading educational institutions of the country inspiring the youth of Pakistan in inspiring them to become the future stars of the country.
