As a co-founder of Iris, Huma has played a pivotal role in expanding solutions and strategically aligning them with the needs of the market research sector in Pakistan. Her leadership is characterised by the ability to develop and implement research solutions that aim to bridge the gaps between clients and their consumers. Her expertise has led to the development of a comprehensive suite of consumer research solutions, contributing to the exponential growth of iris.
This expertise stems from the various roles she has held throughout her career spanning over twenty-five years, providing her with an in-depth perspective on individuals from various walks of life. Huma is also the managing partner of FranklinCovey Pakistan, the national franchise of a global brand that transforms organisations by building exceptional leaders, teams, and cultures that get results. As an international trainer and facilitator for FranklinCovey Pakistan, she deeply values the role of culture and leadership in a company’s growth, assisting organisations in understanding how to bring the best out of their teams.
Huma sits on the board of various public sector organisations and gives back to the community by being a part of various charities focused on education and preventive healthcare. Her passion for agriculture and the need for food security in Pakistan has led her to work with different communities across the country, supporting them in developing indigenous solutions to this critical aspect.

Huma holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Melbourne.
